1. Introduction

Welcome to dodoai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the dodoai mobile app (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Use of the App

dodoai allows you to generate AI-based images and portraits. You agree not to upload or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes upon others’ rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

3. Free and Paid Features

The App includes both free and paid features. Payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play. We do not handle or store payment details directly. All billing and refund matters follow each platform’s policies.

4. User Content

You must only upload images you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of all generated results. By uploading, you grant dodoai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your data for AI model training without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all underlying software, code, design, trademarks, logos, and visual interfaces (excluding your User Content as defined in Section 4), is the exclusive property of dodoai and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The App and its AI-generated results are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose. dodoai is not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the App anytime by deleting it from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of İzmir, Turkey.
