We (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application (“the App”).

Scope

This policy applies to the App and its in-app features, including optional subscription or purchase functions. If our website or other services collect additional data (for example, through contact forms or newsletters), they may be covered by a separate Website Privacy Notice.

Information We Collect

  • Subscription & Purchase Metadata: We receive limited, non-payment information from Apple App Store or Google Play (such as product ID, subscription status, and region) to activate and manage your subscription. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
  • Device & Usage Data: We may process basic technical information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, interaction events) to ensure the App functions properly and to improve performance.
  • Photos and Camera (including face data): If you upload or capture a photo, the image (which may contain a face) is processed solely to generate the result you request. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, face templates, or facial landmarks for identification purposes. Images are not used to train AI models.
  • Analytics (optional): If enabled, privacy-friendly analytics may be used to understand general usage patterns. Data is aggregated and de-identified.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App;
  • Verify purchases and manage subscriptions;
  • Improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance features;
  • Process user-uploaded photos (which may contain a face) only to generate the requested AI image result;
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Data Sources

We obtain information directly from your use of the App and from platform providers (Apple/Google) regarding purchase and subscription status.

Payments & Subscriptions

All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle or store payment card data. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device account settings. Any billing or refund issues are subject to the platform’s own terms and policies.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Limited data may be shared with platform providers, service providers for hosting, analytics, or error reporting (under confidentiality obligations), or legal authorities if required by law. When you request image generation, your uploaded photo is transmitted securely to third-party AI processing services solely to generate the requested output. These providers are not permitted to use images for advertising, profiling, or model training. Uploaded photos and generated images are stored on secure cloud infrastructure used for providing the App.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App features described above, including your in-app history. To provide you with a history of your creations, uploaded photos (which may contain face data) and generated images are stored securely associated with your account. This allows you to review your past results and reuse the same uploaded photo to generate new images without uploading it again. We do not automatically delete this content.

You have full control over your data. You can delete any image pair (the original upload and the generated result) directly from your in-app history. Once you initiate deletion, the data is permanently removed from our active systems promptly. This retention is solely to provide the history and photo reuse features and is not used for identification, profiling, or advertising.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) are implemented to protect your data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information, they may contact us to request deletion.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your information, and to object to certain processing. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
