Thank you for using dodoai (“App”). All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through the Apple App Store under your Apple ID account.

1. Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → dodoai.

  • Canceling stops future renewals.
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

2. Refund Requests

As payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store, refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s policies. If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, please visit:

dodoai does not directly process or approve refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Once your subscription period has started or credits have been consumed, purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
